Why I Decided to Start a New Job While Building My Business

After a few months of building my career coaching business full-time, I decided to add a job back into the mix. In this episode, I'm walking you through all the career choices and changes I've made this past year and why I made each of them.

Since January, I’ve worked full-time, on a consulting basis for my previous company, taken on jobs as a freelancer, brought on my first clients, and recently started a part-time position with a new company.

I’ve also spent a significant about of time and money on training, and professional development to help me be able to navigate each step as well as possible.

While it may sound like a lot of transition and potentially chaotic, each decision and move was strategic and helped me get to have the supports I needed to build my business in the way I want to.
